Registration Types

The registration table is divided in groups according to the World Bank list of economies. Therefore, the categories are: High income, Low income, Lower middle income and Upper middle income. Other options are: IEPA Members, Non-Members, Full-time students, People with Lived Experience /Family Members / Caregivers and Exhibitors.

New members, please apply for IEPA Membership by June 30th in order to receive your membership number in time.

* Members have the option to register for one day only. If you intend to attend only one day at the conference, please choose the offer "Participation - One Day Member Rate" during the registration process.

Additional Fees

Please note all credit card payments will incur a 2.0% + US$ 0.29 surcharge. All international payments may incur an additional conversion fee that is not included in the registration rates outlined above.

Group Registration is available to groups from the same organisation with a minimum of 10 delegates who must be IEPA members. All members of the group must register for the full 3 day conference. The Members Only Day rate is not available for the group discount. One person will be identified as the Group Organiser who must submit the list of attendee names and confirm payment via invoice for all attendees. Email registration@organizers.ch for further information.

Group registrations with a minimum of 10 delegates will receive a 10% voucher to register. This offer is valid until February 17^th 2023.

IEPA Members receive discounted registration rates for participation in the conference. Membership is free and open to all individuals with an interest in the area of early intervention in mental health. Visit our website for membership information and to submit an application. Please contact membership@iepa.org.au if you have misplaced your membership number and unable to find it on the membership lookup area.

People with Lived Experience, Carers and family members may receive discounted registration to attend IEPA. A person who is obtaining treatment or support for a mental disorder, their immediate family/support members may attend under the reduced rate. Carers and family members who work in the mental health profession must register as a regular attendee. Please contact registration@organizers.ch for more information.

Student Discounts are available for students enrolled in a college or university studying mental health. You will be required on the registration system to submit a verification document from your University (students card, letter from the institution or similar). Please note that the verification document uploaded will be reviewed. Should the document be missing or invalid, the IEPA Registration Manager will reach out to you via email. Latest reception of verification document: July 7^th 2023

Payment

Upon receipt of the invoice/booking confirmation, all fees become due by the payment due date stated on the invoice. Regardless of the stated due date, early bird registrations must be received by 17^th February, 2023, and regular registrations must be received by 7^th July, 2023.

If it becomes necessary to issue a repeat payment reminder, a handling fee of US$ 35 will be charged.

Registration Policies, Cancellations and Refunds

Registration Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation requests must be sent via email to registration@organizers.ch. Please include the attendee’s name, email address, membership status and invoice number.

For cancellations the following terms and conditions are applicable:

Until February 17^th, 2023:
100% of the paid participation fee refundable. US $50 administration fee due
Until July 1^st, 2023:
50% of the paid participation fee refundable
Starting July 2^nd, 2023:
0% of the paid participation fee refundable

Double bookings or bookings, that are cancelled within 24 hours after the initial booking are free of charge.

Name Change - Registration Substitution

Name changes are subject to an administrative fee of US$ 25 and only possible prior to the cancellation of the preceding booking. Registrant substitutions of equal levels (i.e. member to member; or non-member to non-member) will be accepted only with written permission of the original registrant and with approval of the IEPA Registration Manager. Substitution request deadline is July 1^st, 2023 via email to registration@organizers.ch. Substitution requests must come from the original registrant and include their original registrant’s name, membership level, and amount paid.

Registration Confirmation and Conference Badge

Confirmation of your registration is sent via email immediately upon receipt of payment. Identification badges will be available for pick-up onsite at the Registration Desk. Attendees must wear the official conference badge at all times and present it for admission to all IEPA 14 meeting events. To motivate attendees to remember their badge each day, and to minimise the environmental costs of reprints, we require a US $15 fee for printing replacement badges onsite. 

Certificate of Attendance

You will receive your certificate of attendance after the conference via e-mail. Please check your spam/junk folder in case you have missed this email. After the conference you will also be able to download all documents with regard to the IEPA14 Conference (invoice, registration confirmation, certificate of attendance) in your personal conference account.

In case you wish to receive a copy of your certificate of attendance on a later date after access to your conference account has ended, an administration fee of 30 US$ will be charged.
